✨ About Sarah Vargo

​Sarah Vargo is a marketing strategist, event producer, and lifestyle influencer known for creating elevated experiences at the intersection of entertainment, media, and wellness.

​

She began her career at International Creative Management (ICM), one of the nation’s top talent agencies, whose clients include Jay Leno and Chris Rock. There, she worked in the Concerts Department, building a strong foundation in talent relations and live entertainment. She later expanded her expertise within boutique agencies, where she led talent buying, concert promotion, and media planning initiatives.

Sarah went on to serve as Marketing Director of Le Passage, where she collaborated with Rockit Ranch Productions—the team behind The Underground, Rockit Bar & Grill, Sunda, and Dragon Ranch. In this role, she produced high-profile fashion shows, charity events, sponsorship activations, and trend-driven experiences that helped define Chicago’s nightlife and social scene.

 

Her media presence includes contributions to the NBC 5 Street Team and serving as Promotions Director for “24/7 Chicago,” an entertainment program on NBC. She has led regional influencer campaigns with national firms including Ammo Marketing and Grow Marketing, and was selected as a Chicago Brand Ambassador for Chambord, completing two industry programs.

She has served on advisory and executive boards, including One Hope United’s Eras of Hope initiative, and contributed to major fundraising efforts such as the 20th Annual Celebrity Chef Gala benefiting Meals on Wheels.

Sarah is the author of “Life Is Your Party…With A Little Pixie Dust,” where she shares her evolution from event planner to holistic healer and life cheerleader—offering a fresh perspective on celebrating life with intention, joy, and authenticity.

 

Today, she continues to blend her background in entertainment with her passion for wellness and empowerment. She teaches Zumba, Bollywood Dance, and MIXXEDFIT, is pursuing her AFAA Group Fitness certification, and has worked in body wellness through CRYOSKIN.
